We are getting things ready for the SVA/Student Volunteer Army. We have organised the gazebos, the first aid kit as well as the bbq to be used on the day. We are setting up for the day, it’s going to happen on Thursday 13th December. The equipment officers are sorting out the equipment for the day. They are getting it the day before we take out the roots to plant the new ones. The planners are making a timeline of what is going to happen for the week and the week after. The safety officers are making a contract to sign, it will be about how to be safe. The caterers are organizing the BBQ and getting the food supplies and other things. Some groups are having a meeting with Mrs Duligal about their job. All of the groups are making progress in what they are doing, the storytellers have to create a google doc and write about what’s going on.
